U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary told Linn that his acts were an attack on all places of religion and that the mosque was a symbol of peace. Really? Can anyone support this theory?

Not sure anyone else has noted it, but the judge’s surname, “Zouhary,” appears to be an Arab name.

Sure it is only a “coincidence” that this case was assigned to a judge who is an Arab-American. Perhaps he should have recused himself.
