Sometime between now and Tuesday, I plan to stock up with over a month’s supply of milk. I have the coupons to get it for FREE. Some of it I will freeze for the later dates.

No strikes yet. They don’t talk much when I’m around...

Production is down. Farmers cut marsh grass for feed out here that they haven’t cut in 12-15yrs. Very dry summer. Poor crop year. Others sold pigs, sheep, and steers because feed prices were rising, and it made money-sense to butcher. Already see some price rise in beef and pork. Might be an expensive year to eat... Truely believe that federal price-fixing is very bad, and distorting markets severely. When farmers get paid for not doing something, everyone’s ears and eyes should open.
