I was fascinated by Sotomayor’s reason for denying Hobby Lobby's appeal. She said that Hobby Lobby is not a religious organization. This is what happens when you select a person to be a member of the highest court in the land for reasons other than her character, legal knowledge, and legal experience.

Ownership of Hobby Lobby is Christian, and they are being forced by the federal government to commit an act they find repugnant to their religious beliefs.

Sotomayor is wrong.

The Roman Catholic hospitals sowed this inane argument when they claimed that they should be exempt. Instead, the church should have made claims on behalf of parishioners, who are not religious institutions.

The equation is easy - if you are NOT a Christian, then the rules shall be suspended for you. But Christians have to abide by the most restrictive of newly written covenants, because, doncha know, they have been too big a head start in this country already, and they have to be taught to share power.

Islam does not share power, nowhere in the world, once they achieve it. For them, it is strictly a one-way deal. And Sotomayor is an enabler.

Which is how she expresses her very wrong take on the situation

Sheesh, aren’t you aware that there is an active movement underway in this country to destroy or eradicate Christianity?

What can be more effective than promoting and giving preferential treatment to islam? Have you heard any of our ‘Christian’ congresscritters protest the persecution of Christians in muslim countries?

I know, I know, separation of Church and State....
