I agree. I’m a Fed employee who hasn’t had a pay raise in three years and this pi$$es me off too. Executive Order indeed. The Constitution requires all monetary bills to originate in The House of Representatives. Of course, that bunch ofeunuchs are following a “leader” who doesn’t have a clue!

Then you should know that the raises were halted by executive order, therefore he has the authority to restore them by executive order. The real constitutional question is if someone has the authority to halt congressionally manadated raises by executive order.
