Why not? It took me less than two minutes to determine his rank and I'm not a "journalist."
Besides BOR not getting the facts straight, it also tells me that Hammar couldn't even make Cpl in four years.
That he wasn't NCO material and/or he got busted is as much a part of this story as is what he did between 2007 and this latest fiasco.
