I can clean up Chicago within a month. This cannot be solved in the criminal justice system. It has to be solved on the street.
Give me 24 retired SEALS, any weapons and munitions they feel they need and 8 very well armored SUV’s.
Go from neighborhood to neighborhood and kill everyone wearing a red or blue bandana. They want to act like wild animals, then they need to be treated as such.
