So Sen. Paul says we should first eliminate aid to Israel’s enemies before reducing aid to Israel. Arm Israel to the teeth while also eliminating to all Islamist countries? I’m cool with that.
I agree with his point that if they take our money, they also take the strings that are attached to it, and they need to be independently able to defend themselves. If, as some have stated in this thread, Netanyahu would also like to have our aid to them reduced so that they can be more independant, I’m cool with that too, as long as the whole world knows that we are completely on Israel’s side.
How come Israel is the only one that has to abide with the alleged “strings attached” to the aid but none of the Islamist countries have to? See the problem with the argument?
