If obama violates his oath of office and passes and EO banning anything to do with codified Constitutional Rights... there will be lawsuits and injunctions and rulings against him... and an Impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors. It may go nowhere but it will destroy his presidency and mark him as a tyrant for all time.
