In addition to arrest, any feds who try this in Texas should be tarred and feathered.

I'm thinking that the feds might get shot by the harassed citizens, before the state could arrest them.

IMO, the next step would be to amend the Texas manslaughter and murder statutes so that none may apply where federal agents meet an untimely end while engaged in certain unconstitutional activites.
