Black racists are always trying to cook up some new crackpot theories such as some melanin nonsense or white privelege.
The fact is that average white IQ is 100, while average black IQ is only 85 tells all you need to know and also explains a lot about not only higher rates of criminality, but also lower graduation rates, academic achievement and financial success.
To put your point succinctly it is low intelligence and poor impulse control at the root of certain group problems. Unfortunately, both disabilities are biologically based and at present cannot be altered. Biology not Psychology may provide the solution.
Black communities, cities, and countries tend to be violent, poor, dependent and corrupt. From Detroit to Uganda... from Philly to South Africa it's the same. If Americans were able to have an honest discussion of culture and race these things could be looked at... but that's not going to happen as long as liberal elites use black resentment to maintain their power.
If a free discussion were allowed, blacks might decided their problems are worth the trade off. They might decided they prefer violent neighborhoods to having to live a more ‘uptight’ lifestyle. That's fine. Or they could decide imposing rules on themselves for the sake of a more livable community might be worth it. Fine.
What's NOT fine is for blacks to make choices that create their social environment then try to blame others. That's what we have - and it's NOT OK.
