The “or” in that sentence of law at your link means there is something following that is also unlawful and that is (12), fails to register a gun the person already has. So, the person becomes a criminal if he/she doesn't register the gun he/she has now. The person is on a slippery slide to being a criminal if he/she doesn't register EVERY gun he/she has.

I think if that governor was in Texas we would bury him head down (should he die of natural causes of course) cause there is nothing in his head. He has probably never been to Texas to see freedom/liberty/gun carrying at work. And, you can buy as big a drink as you want and eat a triple decker cheese/hamburger/French fries/onion rings, at the same time. And, we sell heartburn medicine including Pepto Bismal in every drug store and grocery store. And, we have great hospitals for by-pass heart surgery and new hearts if you need that.

Come down to Texas and have a life - get out of that hell hole up there.

I agree about the new “law”.. and it wasn’t from me, I am in Japan, BUT I am also from Texas.. (Also, wasn’t my thread, but it was posted just a short time after yours was posted.)

We see both 1984 AND Atlas Shrugged becoming reality; the question is, what will happen, and what are (as Americans) going to do about it.. it’s not pretty any way we can look at it :/
