Lenin - take two steps forward (go as far as you can), come to a bipartisan agreement with Republicans and agree to take one step back. That leaves the Marxists one step closer to their agenda every time, and it appears they were cooperating.
The Republicans look like deer in the headlights, and wonder what the heck just happened.
That's how they get their individual incremental steps, and that's how this country got into the mess it's in. One "bipartisan " step at a time. (This is what happens when the Republicans allow the democrats to set the agenda).
