Don’t count on Dupnik, the Sheriff of Pima County. He blamed he Tea Party when a Marxist punk shot Gabby Giffords in the face and killed a number of others.
Sadly the one in Washoe county NV can NOT be counted amongst that number. He apparently has no problem with “assault weapon” and magazine cap restrictions. As long as the deputies can have select fire rifles and high cap magazines. I believe they use the “high powered” .223 rounds as opposed to the much less powerful civilian version. Thankfully there are quite a few sheriffs in NV that are on board.
Molon labe.
I’m guessing sherriff Dupnik aka dumbprick wasn’t one of them.
The entire leftist agenda is implemented by un-Constitutional "delegation" of authority to make federal regulations. To take it one step further and attempt to use EO's as "laws" is grounds for at minimum impeachment and at maximum revolution.
The President is not a King. He's the chief executive, beholden to his board of directors: the Congress. He can make no law.
I’m wondering what will happen between states or within a state if someone, arrested or prosecuted in one jurisdiction seeks sanctuary in another?
Yes, in liberal Minnesota.
I found this from Mascher in Yavapai County.

Link doesn’t work.
Meanwhile Biden and family is secretly behind the scenes working to abolish the power sheriffs have across the country.
What will anyone do when being a sheriff in itself is illegal?
Fully support Sheriff Babeu, and don't know if this is the Sheriff's wording or the author's, but if it's created by an EO, it ain't a law. The Won [Again] ain't a legislator. He quit that job to take the one he has now. I don't care if he does think he's the Emperor of the Universe, the Constitution doesn't grant him the power to make law on a whim, or to make one at all for that matter. I think the Sheriff or the author, whomever phrased it that way, did liberty and limited government a disservice to say it that way.
No he didn't, he pussed out, at least by Arpaio standards. He didn't take a stand on his department enforcing unConstitutional edicts (though it sounded like he probably wouldn't), and affirmatively said he wouldn't be arresting any feds FOR enforcing them in Maricopa county.
