I agree with your post, but I see the problem as deeper and more widespread than ‘the treasonous left’ that you identify. They are one animal in the zoo. It is also a corrupted and apostate Puritanism that worships the State instead of Calvin’s God, which at least kept them somewhat in line. Secular New England metastasized throughout the culture, more deeply in some places than in others. It is also the Beast on the Potomac, which has become the very epitome of the Founders’ worst nightmares.
The fight would go deeper than our bone marrow. It goes all the way to the American soul.

The Vichy Republicans in Washington are as culpable for the current state of the nation, as the far-left liberals who've authored our nation's downfall. They compromised and 'reached across the aisle' to accommodate the treasons of the left so often, that it became their standard operating basis. Real conservatives arriving in Washington are soon given the 411 to play ball, or be sidelined into oblivion.
In such an environment, representative government is impossible.
The rank and file on the right needs to become totally cognizant of the fact that the 'game' has slowly been rigged to thwart the will of the majority and forward the left's Communist goals with little to no opposition. Our national elections have thus become a complete sham. We, the majority, are currently disenfranchised from the political process, due to the collusion of agendas between the Democrats and Republicans in Congress.
If that doesn't somehow change from within, it will be changed from without.
I would suggest you take this course to get a better understanding of the foundations of our country and WHY it was able to stand for 200 years. Our government was founded on absolute truths and principles that were well known and agreed upon at the time, being from the Bible, and with most of the citizens being Christian, at least in some form. The citizen’s inner character was the defense of the outer framework of the constitution. When the inner character and Christian worldview of the majority in our country began to be corrupted through the infiltration of atheists and communists into the mainline denominations and by the social darwinists infiltration into the public school systems and universities, the foundation began to rot away, just as termites can rot the foundation of your house. There is no incorruptible human, as all Christians know, therefore, a country must have a constitution with a rule of law that provides checks and balances for power, but again, it depends on having a citizenry that is moral and self disciplined to enforce that constitution and not vote themselves free gifts from the treasury, and that cares enough to give their children the same Christian education that they had (which was true in America until the early 1900s, even public schools taught Christianity and morality.) To suggest that a system similar to Communist China is better than our Constitutional republic is absolutely ludicrous. I can’t believe you are on FR posting something like that. Maybe I misunderstood and if so, I apologize but with the state of our country, and then to have someone on a conservative website like FR suggest that is very troubling.

Our representatives are giving away everything we have to support a Communist/Marxist agenda and its mindless supporters. They are replacing “business owners” with Obama supporters (starving businesses to close them, then re-openeing them with women/minority owned businesses in their place); they are marginalizing the WASPs and their ethic, throwing up barriers to education and employment in their way, while handing out free college degrees and government jobs (and jobs in the private sector in firms with government contracts) to women/minorities.
All paid for by the last generation of white guys to have worthwhile employment...
Which you will see more of, that is certain.
The armed forces are very much are divided bigtime.
