If no bill is passed the DBM will go after us big time. Even though we will have done the right thing for the country. If an unfavorable bill is passed we lose. I really don't see our side agreeing to a bad bill. I agree with Mark that we probably won't get a bill through especially if Marco can demand securing the border first,as impossible as that my be in reality.
