Were those mags pre-94 or new ones. I think the possession of pre 94 mags is ok until Apr 15 this year or January of next (cant remember).

Were those mags pre-94 or new ones.It doesn't matter. The New York law wasn't in effect yet. He wasn't committing a crime at the time of his arrest.
