OK ... supposing the REALLY were at a skeet range. (I am not a skeet shooter).
WHERE was the photographer standing? WHERE was Zero standing? AND WHERE was he aiming, base on his position, flight of target from low right or left?
Does the shot make sense as an action shot form the ACTUAL range at Camp David?

That’s the skeet range at Camp David? I’d love to believe the conspiracy theories, but it does look like the photo was taken there, the camera operator to the left of “home plate,” with the road on the other side and trees in the background.
From Zippy’s left ear, go to the right to the edge of the picture.
It almost looks like a sign or and overhang for a structure.
Does that give a clue as to location?
