That's probably Jackie Kennedy sitting on the bench, but for the life of me I can't explain why she has 4 legs!

She has a child sitting on her lap, thus 4 legs :)

Could well be, the Kennedy’s did have two young children at the time. It looks like she didn’t have both of them sitting on her lap, or we’d see six legs! :)
