Well, that’s all I had to read to know what this “study” was about. The “fossil fuels” nailed the political slant of this study.

Why was there no mention of VOLCANIC ACTIVITY in the reports? After all, in 800,000 years I’m sure that fossil fuel contaminants would pale to volcanic samples.

This foray into climate change studies is simply some more intellectual “smoke and mirrors” to justify the green movement.

This, or a similar ice core study was being discussed here last week, and a Freeper wrote the following: The ice ring data that the learned folks use to count the years is a very flawed data point. He told of a set of ice cores that was confirmed (by the learned folks)to be a three hundred year record. Much disappointment when it was pointed out that the ice cores were taken directly above several buried WWII era airplanes.

So, like you, I have very little confidence in any of their analysis.
