That may happen. Was at one of the Charter Org Churches last night and one of the congregation was asking a lot about this very topic. The Scoutmaster said they could try to have a Troop-only Summer Camp but that part of the overall experience would be lost and the burden would fall heavier on the parents and leaders to provide that concentrated of a program. Someone even having an alternate camp would invite legal challenges and protests. This is just a subtly planted nuclear bomb to the BSA.
Read somewhere on FR that a number of churches that sponsor troops say that if the BSA accepts gays they will no longer accept Boy Scout troops at the church run camps.
