I ran across that data awhile back too, and was SHOCKED, being gay was worse for your health than drinking, smoking, and obesity combined, BY A LONG SHOT.
In fact, I was shocked how little the other things actually affected ones lifespan, only being GAY dramatically reduces ones lifespan.
IIRC the data was compiled by a guy who looked at obits and guessed who was gay.
