In the vein that you suggest, do you not see a return to the spiritual issue at Babel, where chaos, not redemption, followed the frustration of the humanist experiment?

While not a "fundamentalist," myself--although many of my former political supporters were & are--I have suggested that the Leftist pursuit of the notion of "one world," or one species, is indeed an effort to Return To Babel?

Frankly, I believe that God helps those who step up, to responsibly help themselves; and that, so long as there is positive good that we can do, to reverse the fall into chaos, we must do that which we can. Rove, being an unprincipled & analytically dysfunctional bully, is only an impediment to that process.

Yes, in your post is part of the reason that, in 2011, I moved from my home of 45 years, Seattle, to a rural community in central Kentucky. And why I see our current civilization as more like Babilon than ancient Rome. I moved to my new home in the vein of Revelation 18:4.

I don’t consider myself a fundamentalist. I just see myself as a follower of Christ. I currently attend a Baptist church.
