Did the weather conditions have anything to do with his spree?? How far ahead did he prepare for this? Burning the truck was obviously for a purpose....and likely kept everyone close by, rather than spuring them to push forward.

I'd say he's in Vegas by now....where most of the town are strangers.

Well, he would show up in stark contrast if he were an overweight black NAKED guy in the snow....
When I dress up for freezing weather, there is not a whole heck of a lot of skin showing: Sometimes I dress up like the Michelin Man (with 47 layers of clothes) and you can’t even tell I am a girl, let alone what color....
But I agree with you - He probably isn’t settling permanently there.
