"Just about any classic rock band would be fine with me."

What do you consider "classic rock"?

I'm asking because I've seen a few that I thought they were all disappointing. Stones, Tom Petty, Springsteen and the Who just didn't come across well in my opinion. Madonna, Black Eyed Peas and this year's garbage were down right embarrassing. Maybe its me, but I just don't think the venues for football and pop entertainment mix well.
