This guy, despite his history, had become a rabid dog. There’s only one thing you do with a rabid dog where I come from.

What about his constitutional right to due process as an american citizen? Do we just forget about old ideas like that and give police the right to be judge, jury and executioner when they feel like it? Just "burn that motherf#@%ker" is just dandy now?
