Is it possible that the state or some other public agency paid the child support and billed him for it, bills which he ignored? Or does he owe back unpaid child support? If I don't pay a credit card bill on an account that has been closed for 23 years, my liability it does not go to zero. I still owe the money.

Maybe if wasn't a deadbeat, I said maybe, maybe his child would still be alive.

Anyway, I guess he'll win the award as "Father of Year" next year.

I never defended the father. But if you read the article even “the friend of the court” cannot understand why he still has a balance 23 years after the childs death (they had been garnishing his wages).

Also note the variance of the audit. Each time they were reduced and each time they were worlds appart.

Bureaucrap suck.... I do not appologize for that statement.
