Huh? Why would you say such a thing?
From the headline I thought that he [the author]was demeaning Rand Paul in particular and Conservatives in general. Back when I was in school, our English teacher taught us that the title should reflect what is in the body of the story. From reading the title, the author was demeaning Rand Paul and Conservatives. No, I did not read the article, but when one uses the adjective “damn†to describe someone, what follows usually will not be complimentary.
