The same could be said of highway funds.
I think he’s playing a game as he’s been very consistent everywhere else. This deal would allow public hospitals to bill everything they are currently writing off. Many public hospitals will shutdown if things dont change.
They all have dangerous levels of antibiotic resistant strains of lethal bacteria and mutating virus strains permeating those facilities.
They skimp on nursing staff and janitors, but have ever increasing business offices and levels of bureaucratic management.
