Yeah, PA is a very good gun state which you would not realize since Philly is in it.
I did have a few objections to the ratings. NV for example has an unpleasant CCW course and lousy reciprocity. AL doesn’t even have non discretionary CCW, but they gave it a pass anyway (with some rationalization).
