(Ahem!)

Lookie where this plain ole flat state of Indiana places.

It may be “corny” in some respects, but if you’re away from the major urban areas (Gary/Hammond & Marion County/Indy) it does have some advantages.

Indiana is a very nice state. I live in NE Illinois (not in Chicago or Cook County, but I work there), and if I were younger (I’m 62) I’d move to Indiana and accept the longer commute to work.

The ONLY reason I am in NE Illinois is because of my job.
In 3 years, though, we’ll be out of here and back in Louisiana.
