Keep the school unsecured so that they can get shot at for 15+ minutes while the police drive over through traffic. It should help weed them out of the gene pool before they start giving birth at 16.
The smart kids are already being home-schooled anyway.
My guess is that most of the students are juniors who are realizing that they need material for their college essays. The sort of people who read these things will be very impressed.
