The idea is easy. Overwhelm the system so they can't use it. The system is bad so it must be destroyed. No one is suggesting to HELP them, the whole idea is to make their program untenable.
Rather than sitting there with your tampon falling out, can you offer a better suggestion? We don't need more whining and bitching, we need action and people who have the moral clarity to act on just principles in the face of oppression.
