Folks, we must return to swift, sure justice, along with holding the parents criminally responsible for the violent crimes of their children. I guarantee that if we jail criminally negligent (that's what they are!) parents, then responsible parents will apply a tighter rein on their kids, while the rest will have less time to make more criminals.

Note, that if these boys had creamy white skin or any other skin tone, I would still advocate the exact same punishment. Vicious animals must be destroyed, not sent to juvenile detention for a few years.
