Thanks, that sounds like what really happened.
Holder and Obama are birds of a feather, both liars and can cover their tracks.
It's just that Issa's committee can't proceed further until the federal court issues a decision on their subpoena and Holder's wierd claim of Executive Privilege (weird since the President is supposedly not involved).
I've no idea when a decision is due, but things should rapidly heat up once it comes down.
