Doc was a staple of the DC Chapter of FreeRepublic.
Back in 1999 and 2000, I had the privilege of standing with him and other DC Chapter members at the White House on Saturdays protesting Bill Clinton.
Doc had a great sense of humor. I hope he can still help protect America from where he is right now, and put in a good word for us.

I met Doctor Raoul during one of the DC Chapter's Saturday morning protests of Clinton at the WH...he was very helpful in getting directions PM'd to me as concerned exits to take off the main interstate and parking around the WH...I always enjoyed his additions to the after action reports of those Saturday morning protests...he was indeed a great patriot and prayers go up for him and his family...
