The Denver Post (think N.Y. Times or Washington Post) held a Gun Control Forum on April 2, 2013. During the discussion the Congresslady revealed how little she really understands about the guns she (and other Democrats) want to regulate out of existence. She actually said, about high capacity magazines "If you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time, because THE BULLETS WILL HAVE BEEN SHOT, AND THERE WON'T BE ANY MORE AVAILABLE!" - Then, listen for the laughter in the audience.
This pinhead representative is such a cortex-absent loon. I bet she represents a lib area of CO...and does so very well.
Just be thankful you don’t have to throw away a custom English double after 2 shots.

Rep. Diana Degette (D-CO) is the designated Democrat House member leading the push for legislation banning 'high-capacity magazines'.
Its not for no reason that the Democrats selected this dingbat to lead on this issue when she obviously doesn't know what she's talking about: This legislation is doomed.
If Democrats thought this bill would actually pass, they'd be climbing over each others backs to sponsor it.
The reality is that the Democrats HAVE to propose a bill banning 'high-capacity magazines', but they know it hasn't got a chance so they gave the ball to this rookie out of Colorado.
She represents Denver. The majority of people in Colorado did not vote for the idiot.

That’s nothing. In the debate to infringe our rights in Maryland yesterday, Delegate Kathleen Dumais actually discussed “high capacity revolver magazines” and a “Bushmaster revolver” used in a high school shotgun shooting.
That’s great. Very accurate.
We want to be free from oppression from other people.
They consider the restrictions imposed by reality to be oppressive and seek through their actions, and the actions of “elite” humans, to remove those reality-imposed restrictions.
Example: You won’t work, you don’t eat - unacceptable reality to a leftist.
