Obama only stopped the FDA's relaxed age limit because he was up for reelection. Remember, Obama doesn't want his own daughters punished with a baby so it's a sure bet he couldn't care less about yours. This was about assuring Religious Dems turned out for the vote. As for the judge, he's pure Brooklyn; educated there and served there. He's a liberal.
