If NK does flip one at us, and THAAD or an SM-2 whacks it, the MSM is going to make it sound like Obama personally invented BMD technology. Reagan's 1983 speech will be stuffed into the memory hole.

Remember how the Democrats politicians and scientists opposed President Reagon’s SDI calling it “Star Wars” and demogoging it far and wide? It was successful and has been refined over and over. The defense system works.

That is the libs claim. Yet during testing, a Sprint launched from Kwajalein Atoll made a hard kill (as in making physical contact, not passing close) against the target warhead launched from Vandenburgh. That is late 1960’s technology!
