The GOP views the TEA as its primary threat. They don’t care about the Dems, and would be happy to lose a seat in order to keep the Tea party out.

There is a lot of truth in what you say. The RNC are trying to take control over who the nominee is. They would rather have a moderate like McCain/Romney forever and lose to Democrats than win with an actual conservative who wants to CUT government.

I’ll vote for the TEA party.

100%. If the GOP finds a way to welcome the TEA party I will (then) vote for the GOP.

But my vote goes first and primary at this point, to the TEA party.
