I’m too cheap to upgrade my LinkedIn account so that I can send LTC Rich a LinkMail, but I am sorely tempted to so that I could ask him how he can believe what he has written, let alone seek to coerce subordinates, while upholding the Code of Conduct?
He is also a Boy Scout Den leader (Cub Scouts?) Who more closely follows the Scout Code, the current POTUS, Pentagon Civilian leaders or the FRC & AFA?
