Paul Ryan, another disciple of Cesar Conda!

About Paul Ryan..... I KNOW it seems simplistic, but I’m telling you all that the same handful of people OWN all these politicians...Ryan, Rubio, Romney, all like mined, amnesty lovers GROOMED by LOBBYISTS...CESAR CONDA & GROVER Norquist, who serve the interests of the LEFT.

And about Ryan/Conda

[snip]Creature of Washington

Professionally, Ryan is a creature of Washington insider politics.

He got his first taste of congressional politics as a college intern for U.S. Sen. Bob Kasten of Wisconsin.

“He was as earnest, polite and enthusiastic,” said his friend and mentor, Cesar Conda, who eventually provided a crucial link between Romney and Ryan. Conda brought Ryan back as an intern the next year. “He would always pop his head in the door and ask questions about what Senator Kasten was doing,” Conda recalled. “I just gave him two books to read and said, ‘This will get you started.’” The books were “The Way the World Works,” by Jude Wanniski, and “Wealth and Poverty” by George Gilder, which became the bible for Reagan-era economic policy.

Conda offered Ryan his first paid, full-time job working for Kasten after his graduation in 1992 from Miami University of Ohio, where Ryan double-majored in economics and political science.

PS...Conda was a policy advisor to Romney, too! We were set up LONG ago. Somehow, we have to give the RNC a message! Please consider changing your voter registration to non affiliated.

Don't you give up on FR AuntB!!! You hang in there with your strong rational opinions based on the clear evidence you have provided. The divisions and fractures that occasionally appear on sites like FR, and even in churches these days marks the devilish deceptions that are worked on righteous conservatives constantly and it's getting sadder and more intense as time goes by.

Some of it can be described as "politics makes strange bedfellows," to be sure, but some of it is simply pernicious and pathetic and should be stopped. At least among FRiends it seems to me. As the deterioration advances in our nation, our political parties, our religious institutions, our educations systems with "Slouching To Gomorrah" attacks against traditional, normal civil standards of decency running amok... We need to take one another aside and work out these differences, some of which will be unreconcilable and others simple unfortunate misunderstandings.

If great sites like FR become filled with hate and discontent and flame wars, the left and the Rinos and the faux conservatives will sieze all the momentum by their "winning through intimidation" tactics. We don't have to concede and compromise principles, but sometimes we will need lower the intensity until rational conversations can help resolve some of the differences.

I value most of the FRiendships I've made here over the years and have been saddened by nearly every participant that either posts a "swan song" (I can't remember the FReeper term for it) or just quietly takes a long to permanent hiatus.

We all need each other's participation in spite of the fact that sometimes someone inadvertantly says something the just rips all the scabs and scar tissue wide open and causes us to vent our spleen all over them in retaliation. It's hard to measure the tone of comments or expression of positions on a site like this, or any other for that matter.

Considerate Conservatives that not only consider others fiercly held beliefs, but their reasons and ramifications of those positions as well can artfully and carefully avoid throwing fat into the fire and look for anything that may pursuade some sort of agreement on various parts or all of the competing position. Otherwise it's just going to feed failure instead of FRiendly pursuasion.

God bless you AuntB, and all the others who feel increasingly pist off because of competing points of view.
