Didn’t surprise me too much, always thought he was a huge RINO. IIRC Mark was pretty high on him as a Conservative.
Still is, as far as I know. I gotta believe Mark knows “what” the guy is really all about: blanket amnesty for 20-30m criminal, illegal aliens. Rubio’s no Conservative, in any sense of the word.
