He may just be running out of fear, he’s cut up badly. Looks like dark, curly hair, though.

That is shredded sweatsuit guy. I saw head on closeup photos of him Monday night in a Google image search of Boston Marathon bombing. I couldn’t find those photos tonight. The front of his sweatpants was totally gone and he had long slices in his sleeves.
