The guy wearing the black hat(he seems a bit older, maybe around 28 years old..if what they are saying is true that the one in the white hat is seem dropping the bomb means the dude in the black hat is running the show)..but the one wearing the black hat looks Persian to me..I live in LA..the young Persian males all look like that guy..dark skin, but depends how long he has been in this country or if he was born here, the skin tone might become a little lighter. My friend fled Iran after the Houmani took power, she is darker skin, but her younger sister is lighter skin but you can definitely tell they are Persian..like the guy in the black hat
Definitely look Middle Eastern or Iranian/Afghani. I spent 7 years in that area of the world. Normally, they will have some facial hair for religious reasons. The one in the white cap has a some on his chin, but I can’t make out anything from the photo on the guy with the black cap.
