I think movement is dangerous for them - IED’s may not be limited to pressure cookers and even those may not be visible. If they think there’s a safe house(s) in the area, those could be wired etc. If they seal the area - better chance of surviving the hunt for the men in there? Or does it leave the men or man more time to nest in, wire more?
