You are using that term as a reference to a Fourth Ammendment violation but this clearly was an exigent circumstance and thus, no violation, no nefarious purpose.

They had previously searched that house and boat. It was much later that the homeowner saw blood on the boat and called 911.

AGAIN it is a warrantless search. I didnt’ say it was illegal.

There is only one way to effectively search ALL locations without a warrant and they just did it. Then voila..there is the perp after they did all the warrantless searches.

And what you saw here could be done again.
