That's Czech, as in the former Czechoslovakia.
There have been Czech immigrants in that part of Texas since the 19th century.

Czechs - as in Czechoslovakians. NOT to be considered terroristic towards anyone, unless you're Obama. That town is full of the red, white & blue bitter clinger-types with plenty of bibles & guns. Been there many a time.
