It was actually rather poorly planned, fortunately. Casualties could have been much worse.
Have to wonder though ... Who else is possibly out there. Has anyone confirmed earlier the report out of Texas on explosion at the fertilizer plant. Report said two persons other than workers or possibly workers may have contributed to causing. Dang .. Hate to speculate ... rather have info.
