The Boston PD will be back to seize the boat as crime scene evidence and haul it away. The owner's going to have to wait to get it back to sell it...Probably won't be back for years, at least until the circus tent rolls up after the trial. Best to sell the rights to the future recovery of the boat and inform Boston PD who now owns it.
