Does MA have a death penalty?
They have RomneyCare. Does that count?
In reality, there is no death penalty. Life without parole under MA law is the stiffest penalty.
That being said, if Obama wasn't a Muzzie, they'd bring this turd up on federal charges and seek the death penalty under federal law.
